ned help with getting motor running b16 block w/ gsr head.help!
we did a swap with a b16 block and gsr head and the car would crank and start but then shut off.then we put the b16 head on and it it started up with no problems.how can i get this gsr head to work and the b16 block?we are usin obd1 harness.

Just out of curiosity, why would you want a GSR head on a B16?

Yeah? IMO the B16 head flows better air.

I put this head on because i sold the swap.gsr tranny w/ phantom grip lsd and atc stage 3 clutch,b16 block,gsr head and some special edition ls wheels powder coated black for $2,400 swapped.i was going to keep the b16 head to port and polish along w/ a 3 angle valve job and milling onto a gsr block bored with over sized type r pistons.that was why.
