Default Omnipower Full Coilovers????????????????

I was considering getting these for my 92 si but this kinda scares me. anyone have this happen on a street car?

I know this was on high power drag car but in the thread it says they have heard of it happening on street cars, has anyone had this happen to them?

nope. jus go with tein, skunk2, tokico, h&r, coilovers or springs

I've got Tein and I smash on my car all of the time and have never had a problem...they come with warranties too...

Ive beatin the crap out of my Tein(92 eg) and GroundControls(99dsm) and never had a problem. Imo i think both are high quality.

seems isolated. High HP drag car on big slicks = lots of stress. I don't see why anyone would go with the cheapest suspension available when building a full drag car like that.

That being said, these coilovers are relatively new (not too many with high miles), so we'll probably see more issues like this due to cyclic stress.

if you read the last thread I post it seems to be happening with a few street cars as well, I'm trying to stay open minded and wait and see what omni says, it seems as if they have a lot of $ riding on what they say.

I use JIC FLT-A2's and I have never had a problem of any kind. TEIN is nice as well, they were my second choice.

the same!...However, Tein has had some problems with their cheaper systems. Look under seach.......Buddyclub if you ask me.
