What comes after I/H/E?
I have finished the normal bolt ons, but I am looking for anything that will give me clear performance improvements. Does anyone have any suggestions? Doing the internals is a bit much for me.
Thanks,

A good suspension. Good springs like eibach and shocks like Koni yellows. Stay away from heavy 17"s or 18"s and stay with 15"s or 16"s. Maybe upgrade the brakes after the suspension.
for performance you can go high-flow cat or test pipe, get a new intake manifold. Then for semi-low cost performance upgrades you can port the throttlebody and then port/polish the head, although that is pushing the $$ a little.

Of course, I'm sure you've heard about turbos, superchargers, nitrous kits, but those are a bit much for some people who are getting into the industry.. I would suggest getting cams and possibly even headwork if u want to take that next step..
First off, I'm assuming you will not be doing this yourself, but here's a little bit about what's involved with ONLY cams.. The process takes 3 book hours and consists of only pulling off the valve cover and top plastic shround right next to it.. All the rest is done underneath that.. No pulling the motor or any big headaches, this can be done by any shop that does work.. So u have an idea of the process check this.. Cams for a b-series will run from $400-$1300 depending on which ones u want and who u get it from, add $150-250 for (2) cam gears..
As for headwork that's more in-depth, you wouldn't be asking this question if u actually knew to change the head, so I'd fully recommend u getting it swapped at a shop.. There's two ways: work done to your existing head and work done to a head you bought used.. I recommend getting the work done on another head and then u having that head put on your car, it's the best way, but u have to spend money up-front to buy the used head, but then u can sell your stock one a month later..
If u did the headwork and cams, you would see significant gains and your car would be considerably faster than with the i/h/e, and if u choose to go turbo, sc, nitrous, mild to moderate cams will work great and any headwork will make THAT MUCH more power than if u didnt have it.. win win situation.. good luck!
