edelbrock victor x intake manifold - problems with other brands throttle bodies?
I was all set to buy the victor X intake manifold, but now I'm seeing that it isn't compatible with other manufacturers' throttle bodies?
I was goin to get a 72mm str throttle body, but now I guess I can't because apparently edelbrock's vacuum ports don't line up like oem - so there will be a leak?
So now what? Do I need to run the edelbrock throttle body as well?

I've never heard of this either. I have a 75mm mustang throttle body hooked up to my edelbrock

Me too.
Me too.
My Ericks Racing Throttle body works fine on my Victor X manifold, My friends also have BDL and Edelbrock throttle bodys on their Victor X manifolds and they all work well. When you port match to 75 you will have to cut in to the IAC passage way. I would recomend filling that are up with JB weld.
