Default Throttle body & spacers

Just wondering if anyone out there has tried a larger throttle body with and without a spacer. What throttle response & torque difference is there?

I want a larger throttle body but I dont think I would be able to get a Helix type spacer for 68mm or larger TB.

Never heard of anyone using spacers on a Honda engine, but some people may have done it. Personally I would just get a bigger stock throttle body, and the get the Intake Manifold matched to it, or just get the throttle body bored with a matching bore on the manifold.
