some people dont do a longterm break ina nymore but alot of people still do i personally like to do a 1000mile break in and it seems to work fine for me

after first start up change the oil right away then go have it dyno tuned and then go easy on it until you hit 500miles then change the oil again then continue going easy on it until 1000miles then do another oil change and then drive it however you want and then start on regualar oil changes every 5k and you should be fine

Is that anything like mad thumb tack? Either way, just take the car to the dyno and get it tuned before you do any real driving.

Make sure everything is good, start it and run it. Get it tuned correctly, then go beat the ever-loving **** out of it.

I support the following method. Start it up and make sure everything is running correctly. Make sure your tune is safe and there aren't any issues. Drive it around just a few miles to make sure everything else is ok like the tranny and axles. Give it an oil change. Then take it and put a load on those rings for the how break in time. No light driving. make sure the rings seat and seal before the hone is smoother and its too late. All you really need to do is make sure you get the rings seated. The bearings should already be clearanced correctly from blueprinting so the rings really are the only thing that require a break in.

all you need to do to break in motor, get some type of engine management with a basemap. get on dyno right away and get it broken in and tuned on the dyno. heard that is best way so the piston rings seat correctly. Just don't beat on the engine all day long man and you should be good.
