Default smoke when i hit vtec.

I get massive black/grey smoke when i hit vtec and i really step on it while im in vtec.... I thikn it might be my rings but i want some other peoples opinions.... thanks in advanced... I am running ls/vtec too btw...

what is your current fuel management setup? what cams are you runnin?

small amounts of smoke are common, but it could also be your fuel management system

stock gsr cams.... but i am talking alot of smoke running rich is an understatment

If youre not noticing any sign of power loss its probably not your rings, definetly would do a compression test anyway, but I think maybe it could be your vtec solenoid. Only cause I had the same thing happen to my integ and that was the fix. Also check and make sure oil is not leaking into the spark plug tube that may cause it too.

yeah i think it is my vtec solenoid cuz that was one of the things that came up when i checked the cel... thanks
