Default smoke coming out when in vtec

hey guys i have a 99 civic si and when its in vtec mode there is smoke coming out my exhaust.wondering what that can be from?thanks for the feedback!!

how about its pretty normal, most every Honda ECU is setup to be Rich in Vtec, its probably just black smoke...if its exessive white smoke or grey smoke, that may be another issue, but it is very common for normal vtec operation to include some black/rich fuel smoke
