What about them? They won't mess up the cams if that's what your asking. They will give you a few hp *at most*. I haven't heard the greatest things about crank pulley's though. Unless it is lightened, it isn't that great for it.

Cam gears are only used to advance or retard your engine timing, in order to achieve tuning goals, without having to mess with your distributor's setting. Therefore, unless you are tuning your engine, they won't benefit you.
As far as pulleys go, alot of people buy them to reduce rotational mass, because most of them are made out of alumimun, but they won't affect your cams at all. Purely to reduce weight, and the gains made are small to say the least.
