did a timming belt and h20 pump change and now losing oil........
ok we did a timming belt and water pump change like a month ago, now there is oil on the driver side. there is some blow-by on the hood and driver side of the engine bay, and some oil on the ground. i see that my uncle did not put in the bottom bolt on the motor mount, could it be comming from there? the seals were replaced too when i did this, man this sucks, i dont drive it much, so there has only been 100-200 miles on it since then. need some help. thanks
Clean the engine really good and go for a quick spin, then find exactly where it is coming from. Only a guess, but it could be your front main/oil pump seal. I guess it could flow and be spun all over, including your new timing belt. But it could be from somewhere else, let us know whats up.
