Default Limits of my Turbo set-up/Motor...

OK so im starting my motor build, im getting everything down on paper to make it simple....so far i have the longblock listed below...These are the turbo parts that i am looking into....MY question is, What are the limits of this motor, what hp do you think it can handle and make, what will hold me back, Will there be problems of ac/ps clearance with this turbo and manifold/dp combo?

Neukin AC Manifold (AC in south florida is a must )
Neukin AC Downpipe
TiAl 50mm bov / 44mm wg
Full-Race T3/T67
RC 880cc or 1000cc Injecters
TurboXS 2-Stage Boost Controller
CM Clutch + Flywheel
3" Custom Exhaust With Kteller Es Oval 3" Muffler
JRC Intercooler, Black Anodized
Hondata
3bar Map Sensor
Walbro 255lhp HP Fuel Pump

Block:
B16
84mm Bore, Sleeved
CP 9:1 Pistons
Pauter rods
Blueprinted and Balanced

Head:
B16 head
Portflow Valvetrain
GSR Cams
JG VictorX Intake Manifold
Ported and Polished
Valvejob
MSD Ignition

Im asking this because it seems to me that alot of people are b16 haters and say that they cant make power...

You shouldn't have any problems with running into AC or PS with that mani

The 3 bar map sensor and maybe the injectors are about the only things that will hold you back on that setup, but it should hit 600 WHP without too much trouble.

The JRC intercooler will be the weakest link IMO on that system otherwise you have a VERY nice setup! The intercooler may push 400-500, but it's only 8 inches and is still tube find design. I don't know you could push it pretty hard though

500whp+ ac will be great.....i dont really care for the ps, im a big guy and have no problem putting a little power into turning the wheel...

You don't think 1000cc injectors will be enough?

I'll look into other FMIC's i just liked the black FMIC, they say people have make 500whp on there intercoolers...

intercooler def looks like weakest link..... everything else looks capable of 600whp, but because you can hit 600whp with your setup doesnt mean **** unless you have proper management and a good tuner

if you want a black intercooler you can just paint it. i have a 8" tall JRC and i painted it low gloss black.....looks great and works great.

but for that turbo your using i think the JRC might be a slight restriction.........depending on how much power you want to make.
