I'm looking at starting a road noise abatement project on my 97 Civic Coupe ('cause it'll go another 100k and I want to be able to enjoy the sat radio at 70mph without going deaf).

What's the trick to removing the clips that hold the inner fender in place without breaking them?
Can't find this tidbit in the service manual.

If/when I do break them, where can I get replacements?

You need a panel removal tool. But chances are, they're seized up with dirt and grime, so you're gonna break a couple...

BTW... The clips are like 25 cents... Available wherever you can get auto parts... Or, I think they just might be available at the Honda dealership...
