axle seal leaking??

axle seal leaking??
I have a 90 civic hatch with a ls motor and trans.I bought the swap and was told that the axles were 90-93 integra axles and I looked on hasport site and they say to use 86-89.I recently replaced my tranny and put new axle seal in and when i put the trans in ,I took the dust rings off the axles.Now I have a leak from the axle seal.The only 2 things I did different from the 1st time the motor and trans was in the car is put new axle seal in and took them dust rings off.any suggestions on whats wrong
by the way i got the 2 axles seals from autozone and both leaked??
i think maybe i need to get them dust ring back on or the seal is wrong
any suggestions?

you need to get the seal for your 92 tranny. you didnt tell me your buying them for a 86-89.
