Default Anyone use STR fuel rail with JG manifold....pic inside.....

currently i am running the AEBS manifold and i DO NOT like it, i think it is a POS. so i have ordered a JG edelbrock, but i have seen some things about the Regulator not fitting on the rail, but most i have seen are stock or the AEM, i am using an AEM regulator, but mine seems to be on the end of the old school STR fuel rail.

does anyone know if this will fit without an adapter??

i think camp1320 sells them for like 20 bux, cause i damn sure dont wanna pay 50.

i remember with my JR blower, i swapped to a different fuel rail and my regulator was fine.

i think the AEM regulator(spot on the rail) is slightly moved to the left tho

I dont think it will fit.

I have the venom IM and aem rail with stock fpr andthe nipple on the fpr hits the plenum on my intake manifold.

I cant remember for sure, but I think if you mount the regulator upside down it will work.

you have to use the adapter that angles the fpr off to the side a little bit. i'm currently using the jd edelbrock IM with AEM fpr and it fits.

i have the same fuel rail as that, and the same FPR as that, and i have no problem, you just have to wigge the fuel line little by little on there. Once it is on, its perfect

I use a jg manifold with aem fpr and regulator and I had to get the adapter from camp1320 to make it fit the outlet on the bottom of the fpr touches the manifold. so two to fix that is adapter, or use a 90 degree fitting on the fpr.

I just tapped my fuel rail and my AEM FPR with a 1/8" NPT tap, then put hose barbs on each piece and put a 4" piece of fuel line between them. Works great, and cheap too!

i was thinking about this as well

i think the AEM FUEL RAIL places the regulator in a stock location, which is slightly more left than the STR which is all the way at the end, i wish i had a good pic of the AEM rail

i have a jg manifold with an oem regulator. i had to flip it upside down to fit. before i went back to the oem regulator i had an aeromotive bolt on regulator... that couldn't fit normalyl or upside down. with an aem regulator or any other bolt on regulator i'd think you need to use the JRSC piece or some other adapter.

It will work on the b16 Edelbrock intake manifold if you flip the fpr upside down but on the b18c Edelbrock intake manifold you would have to get a adapter plate or go to with a fpr that doesnt go on the fuel rail
