Chances are is that the whole kit will not be bolt on (manifold will be). You'll probably have to mess with the intercooler piping and downpipe.

downpipe should work fine, it's the upper charge piping that'll probably have to be modified.
btw, i have a 96 ls and my friend has the 00 si, and we are running pretty much the same setup, just my charge pipe is different from his.
