Clutch Break in.....

How would you properly break in a Stage 3 clutch?

thats what i thought but ive heard w/ a stage 3 clutch you should get on it once in a while.

just hammer, and wht is a stage 3 clutch... I think thats annoying when companies have "stages" it tells me nothing blah

really depends on the material it is made of.....
