competition stage 4 clutch slipping only 250 miles
I just changed my act clutch and put a stage 4 competition clutch with the act flywheel. The act clutch appeared to be good still, but i had already bought the comp. clutch. I drove the car for like 200 miles and i couldn't resist so i floored it in 4th and little of 5th. It was a hot day yesterday and after i got off the free way the clutch just started grabbing way up top and then was slipping hard to the point where i had to pull over. I left the car off for 30 min and then the clutch started working fine until i drove for a while and i could tell that the clutch was slightly slipping.
You just touch the clutch and it releases..
I checked the mc. and oil lines but everything looked good. I think its just that i have no freeplay in my clutch but i had hard time adjusting it. any ideas of what can it be..
The guy who sells the competition clutches here said that it didn't require break in for the stage 4 so i dont know...any suggestions.
ohh and all this is running on a b20vtec semi built putting out 205 hp daily whored..

What car is this for? If it's a B20 VTEC then it's not an Accord. Let me know and I'll move this to the correct forum.

250 miles? the clutch wasnt even broken in at that point. it sounds like user error if you couldnt resist flooring it befor the recommended 500 mile break in period. not hating... just saying.
