how high can you rev your car too?

also when i guess i rev high on every gear CEL comes why is that, but when i drive normall it doesnt do that im freekin confused.

with the light on everything else runs great.

sometimes i hear backfires coming out is that suppose to happened, i dunno HT guys i need some answers thanks??
