Default ground control install questions

first off.. i got all my stuff yesterday and when i test fit the sleeves in the rear struts they dont fit all the way down and they rock some..

the struts are tokico blues

im also looking for a full assmebly writeup on this since i have no idea what the o-rings go for or any of that.. or where that long rubber tube goes at

the final question i got is on the bags for the strut hardware, it shows the collar going in the middle at the top, acura shows it going at the top of the top on there site with stock struts/springs.. which was should it be?

thanks in advance

I used Konis with my GC and it was pretty easy and instructions were simple so not sure about your last 2 questions. Hit me up on AIM if you need some help since you are a local I may be able to swing by.
