As someone with a spring/shock assembly intended for an ITR installed on his Del Sol - yes.

However check the rear, in my case I had to install ITR LCAs. I think the normal Integra rear LCAs are the same as Del Sols, but verify it splits to go around the LCA and doesn't mount through the middle of the LCA like an ITR.

integra suspension fits, except if you want itr you would need to use itr rear lca.
