ok I have a 95 del sol si VTEC model

my question is, what types of civic lowering springs will fit on my car, are 88-00 civic springs all universal to my car or is it only the 92-95 generation

yes, 88-00 Civic springs will fit on the Del Sol.

92-95 Civic's have the same suspension as the Del Sol
94-01 Integra's (excluding Type R) suspension are interchangeable with the 92-95 Civic/93-97 Del Sol.

Technically ITR components can also be used since the geometries are the same.

The biggest difference (that I've seen at least) is the rear LCAs, in the ITR they're of a different design than the stock Del Sol LCAs. In the Del Sol the shock splits & goes around the rear LCA, in the ITR the rear LCA splits and goes around the shock.

If you use rear ITR-style shocks AND replace the rear LCAs with units from an ITR, then you can use ITR components on a Del Sol. But I wouldn't recommend going the ITR route unless you want a particular coilover setup that isn't available in a Del Sol compatible form - there's not much to gain for that extra cash (the ITR LCAs are lighter but pfft).
