Default intermediate shaft problems holes didnt line up now leak

just putting together my 95 gsr motor now and noticing some leaking coming from the axle seal where the intermediate shaft connects to the trans, now i bought this shaft off some kid who said it was from a 98 the spline count was the same as my broken one, but as i went to bolt it to the block, the holes didnt line up it was kinda cocked back, so i put the bottom one in and tightened it until i could get the rest it and kinda bent the shaft bracked backwards, but now i am getting this leak in the seal, is it the wrong shaft cuz its thicker than my old one?

i found the problem there are two different types of shafts for the 94-01 that will fit in a way, there is a part number on them , if you have a integra block u need the one with J0 and if u have a b16 and i think a b20 u need the one with J8 on the shaft
