Default B20vtec what axles and intermediate shaft?

Hey i have a b20b block with a hyrdo gsr tranny (it says s80 is that gsr?) and I am having problems matching up the intermediate shaft with the block. I bought it from a shop and they said it was the right one but it fits up like this

on the intermediate shaft it says sr3-j8 and 3f2, is that the right one? btw this is going in a 96 civic hb

Take the axle off the intermediate shaft and see if you can get the shaft holes to line up. It looks like you have teh correct one.

I thought you were trying to put the intermediate shaft on with the axle still attached. So the holes arnt lining up? Not sure whats wrong. Try to get some more picture of the shaft going into the tranny and the holes lined up to the block.

i took it back to the shop yesterday with that picture and the guy said he thinks it is from an automatic. They are getting me another shaft today so I'll see if that solves it or not

odd..
it looks like the casting of the block where the half-shaft mounts, is protruding out more than a normal B-series engine would..

What year is that block and are you able to get the half shaft that specifically belongs to this B20 block?
