Would these cams be over kill????
ok i have a stock internal b16 with every bolt on and its time to start getting into the internals. i was wondering if skunk 2 stage 2 cams would be overkill for my stock compression as of right now. in the future i plan on raising it but im buying the cams now so i want somthing that will help alot now, but also still work good later.
also anyone got any good recomendations on valve springs that are good to 9k-10k

omni power the new rocket and skunk2 springs are also good. I dont think you need to rev to 10k for power. As for compression there are many ppl runnig those cams on stock compression

You MIGHT gain power with them from 7k on, but personally I would opt for a type r camshaft or maybe a S2S1....never underestimate the power of a type r cam....

those S2s1 cams are like ITR/CTR cams.. might as well get OEM honda parts for quality...
