Default *HELP* Injector Trouble

My car won't start because the inectors aren't pulsing. I have fuel in the rail and spark. I've tried 3 ECU's and 2 wiring harnesses. I think they work off of the cam position sensor which is in the distributor right? The distributor is brand new.

What could be the problem???

Did you change your injectors or did the wires come undone?

::EDIT:: Check distributer wiring

PS. Bro, give us more detail, did you swap the motor? what kind of car?

Ok, the car should have power, so turn the key like your listening to the radio. A CEL will come on then.

I'm not sure about EGs but in the EFs there is this little blue plug on the passenger side that is up by the dash, it has 2 little ports. You take a small wire and you plug it into one side and plug it into the other.

When you do this. The CEL will blink on your cluster, one long blink is 10 and short fast blinks are 1. So 2 long blinks and 3 short is code #23. Try this and get back to us.

Never mind guys. It turned out to be 2 ground wires that feed to the ecu. They were missing on the harness. Thanks for the help though.

does anyone know why my obd1 b16a would run fine and rev all the way out but still have a code 16 (injectors) from time to time its hard to keep running without a tap from the pedal while cranking. otherwise it just dies instantly. warm days its fine but cold i have the most trouble and it takes alot of cranking to get it in cycle.
