Is spark bright white at the plugs? Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap?

When you turn the key to ON(II), do you hear the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds? Is fuel injected into the cylinders?

Any CEL codes?

Have you checked the mechanical timing?

What was the last thing you did to the car? We need a little more information. Car's don't typically act up for no reason. For example, I had a friend post that his car wont start just after he "installed" a car amplifier. Well, he goes online seeking help and people list out dozens of possibilities. Long story short. When he wired the amp he didn't disconnect the batter and accidentally shorted out a fuse.

Giving clear answers to all the questions I asked will speed up the troubleshooting. If something has not been checked, then check it rather than making guesses or assumptions.

Does the fuel pump prime?

Post pictures of the plug wire firing order and the cam and crank positioned at TDC1.

Pull the plugs out to see whether the cylinder is wet with fuel.

Replace the damaged timing belt ASAP, because if it snaps or slips, the engine could be destroyed. Before replacing it, post pictures of the cam and crank at TDC1.

After cranking the engine for 15-20 seconds, there should be some fuel in the cylinders.

Does the CEL work?
