i personally like the clutchmaster's flywheel, due to the fact you can change the surface face over and over

I got ACT's organic clutch plate on a Stage I clutch. It's great for daily driving, but I have to replace it every 10-12k miles. That's the big gripe. I have a Jun flywheel and only drive hard once a week. I can't believe it can't last longer than that. I don't feather the clutch at lights (Houston's flat), and I don't take the car to the track. I downshift a lot, because I like to. I had the throw-out bearing and master slave cylinder replaced during the clutch change, and the surface plate still only lasted 10.5k miles. My car only puts out 170 whp, so either the clutch surface plate is weak or I'm a terrible driver.

What mods do you have? Have you sent back to us for inspection? Do you have both engine dowels in place that locate the engine to the trans?

Let's see if we can get this figured out. Email me direct if you want for quickest response. Usually I don't take care of this kind of thing but I would love to get a resolution for you.

I perfer ACT. ...Oh, I guess that's obvious...

Seriously, if you would like more information on our product I can help you out. Just drop me an email. By knowing the differences I think we can earn your business, but I won't get into specifics here on a public forum. That's not cool in my book.
