Default wanting to install eg si gauge cluster into cx model

...But there is different wiring for the two. I want to have a tach on my cluster, but don't want to go aftermarket. Is there anyway to wire a honda gauge cluster instead of having a bulky aftermarket one.

I finally sold my 01 ex, now I can make a real car on a 94 cx.

I don't want to drop a hundred and twenty five bones at the junk yard on one if I don't know if it is even compatable. Has anyone on here put a factory tach on a cx before? Please let me know what you did.

I'm 99% sure that you can just plug it in and it'll work. I know 6th gens (96-00s) are like this.

It's plug and play. Wiring is the same. Go buy one.

EX and Si clusters are the same. LX and VX clusters also have tachs, but the redlines are different.
