what can i do about this mount?
in the middle of putting in my Z6 in the EF hatch and in the process of dropping the motor in it seems that i have bent the passenger side of the rear engine mount... there is no way that i can fit the original bolt through there anymore so i was wondering if i could just put a smaller bolt in its place and screw on a nut on the other side... that way i have something there that will still stop it from moving somewhat... would this be ok? all the other mounts line up perfectly and everything... thanks for the help

Either beat the mount straight with a hammer [less desirable] or buy a new mount. Are you talking about the mount bracket for the back of the engine?
A bolt with a smaller diameter than required will allow the engine to rock, eventually destroying the mount, and possibly breaking an axle or transmission internals [these are rare worst case scenarios, but don't rule them impossible].

I agree fully, just go buy a new mount. It will save you money in the long run.
