Default Rear seat removal

Hi I've done a search and found an article about seat removal in an Integra but nothing for an ef civic.

I have removed the bottom part of the seat but the top part is giving me a headache. It is held by a welded piece of metal in the middle and each side seems to have the pivot point going into the frame. It is so tight that even with a light and fingers i can't seem to find a button or something to remove the top part.

It's probably easy but I can't find it can you guys help me out a bit?

I forget if its on the inside or outside part of the seat... but there is a black C shaped plug you pull, then push the seat towards that direction and it will come out of the other side... super easy.

Facing the back seat, hold one end of the backseat, one close to the side panel, and pull it sideways towards the center...you will see a "C" clip on the bottom right of the backseat. With a pair of needle nose or pliers, pull the C clip out. Now holding the middle part of the back seat, slide it back towards the side panel...now the middle part of the back seat should come off easily... I hope this make sense to you
