as far as i know, the only mount you will need to change is the rear mount bracket. you can always cross reference at the dealership if the part #'s are the same.

check out Ebay. there is a co selling EK-kits for cheap. and make sure you get the rear bracket off of a 2000 SI.

You can reuse all the rubber mounts that bolt to the chassis, and also keep the top/side tranny mount (the c-shaped one). You can reuse the steel bracket from the driver side upper mount. But here are what you need to get from the Si...

1) Rear tranny bracket (you have already)
2) Front tranny bracket
3) Driver side upper engine bracket (bolts under the timing cover)
4) P54 (del Sol VTEC) or P7J (CRV) a/c bracket so you can keep your stock a/c compressor. Any other B-series one will work but you will have to get a b-series compressor.

5) Preferably Si shift linkage but I think Tegs will work alright too.

My brother just got a bseries in his car this is what he used. you are NOT limited to SI only, some parts can be from a 94+ teg.
