need help on a 99 civic si
my car turns over but dose not start. fuel is not reaching fuel rail. i changed the fuel pump and still nothing. i also changed the main relay and still nothing. so i checked the power going to the fuel pump and there is no power. how can i find out what the problem is..
Have you checked the ground for the pump?
If the fuse is getting power that means that the problem is between the fuse an the pump. That is just all wiring.

My friends car did the same thing.Turns out the sock came off the fuel pump and something got lodged in the pump. We took it out, got some wires and touched it to the battery a few times and it spit gas out.So we put it back in and it cranked right up
