Well guys, I need help making a jig design for various downpipes. I have figured out a jigging method for my manifolds(tubular and log), IC end tanks, catch cans, etc. BUT I really cannot think of a practical way to jig downpipes, and it doesn't make sense to have 10 spare motors sitting around. Anything that would make the trac of the pipe the same and put the flanges in the perfect spot...

Make one downpipe, then use clamps to put angle on it...and weld reinforcements between all the angle pieces.
