Somtimes i ll turn my key on and i wont here the pump turn on. Then the car wont start,it will only crank when i here the pump turn on so i have to turn the key on and off over and over agian.Whats the problem? do i have a short or somthing?
This morning it dident turn on and i had to wait like 30 mins.Could i have a bad pump?Is this why i have to set my idle higher? becuase my car will die if it falls to 1000 rpms? Whats the problem?

 

Main relay... you will probably notice that it happens mostly when the car interior is hot... if you open a window for 5 mins it works again... typical symptomes of a bad main relay.

REPLACE THE MAIN RELAY!!

Just fix the main relay. takes 10 minutes with a little bit of solder. Did mine 3 weeks ago and it saved me $50+ by not having to buy a new relay from honda.
