Default engine block hoist bracket

okay so i'm looking for a place to hook my hoist, and i can only find one. its on the clutch cable bracket. the other one is supposed to be on the alternator side of the intake manifold, but its not there. the hole is, but i'm lacking a bracket. i take it i need to get it from a honda dealership?

BTW, i'm using the crx workshop manual, page 5-49. removing it from a 91 dx.

I would pick up a Hoist Load leveler. There really cheep. like not even 50, like 25 bucks, I think you can even rent them from an auto parts store.

I agree. When I originally swapped out the d15 and installed the b16 I had a leveler and it worked wonders. I swapped the ls into the crx two days ago and it was such a pain in the *** without a leveler.

use a bolt that is used on the motor, Me and my bro hooked the chain on the transmissin thru a mounting bolt.

As in, the bolt went thru the transmission AND chain, and engine block.

Right, but i'm talking alternator side of the engine. I can hook the chain to the clutch cable bracket, or so the workshop manual says so.

Yes, this is the question I've been asking all along. What bolt goes here? Where can I get it? Is there another bolt that will doubble?
