Default Shift solenoid

Im having an issue with second, and only second gear popping out, and then the RPMs rise but I won't accelerate.

If I drive it normally, or floor it through the gears its all fine.

But when I leave it in second, hit a bump, take a turn hard with a little bumping it will pop out of gear. But the shifter doesnt actually go back to neutral, its kind of still in second I just have to clutch in and pull it back a bit.

I was thinking maybe a mount is bad, or its the clutch since the previous owner said he put a new clutch in himself, maybe an error, rather then the tranny going bad.

Another person said the shift solenoid, without elaborating at all. I can't find much on it besides it seems most of the poeple with automatics have it. Do manual trannies have this as well?

Or if you have any other suggestions what is wrong and why please post up!

TIA

The popping out of Second is becuase the syncro/slider is going bad.
I've never heard of a 'Shift Soleniod' on a manual tranny car.
