Radio won't turn off, car is in limp mode, blown fuse. All after cleaning car and WB install.
Okay, last week I started to install a wideband O2 sensor because I'm about to go turbo. I got the lead and ground run from the ign and gnd from the ECU. Everything was peachy.
Car ran, no CELs. I didn't have any shrink wrap at the time so the wires kept touching and I kept blowing fuses. This morning I cleaned out my ENTIRE car (I'm a bit of a slob) and desoldered the wires so I could shrink wrap them.
I took out the fuse to the ECU to avoid blowing it or messing up the ECU. I desodered the wires, then resodered them w/ shrink wrap. So far so good. Put the fuse for the ECU back in, go to start the car and it started funny and the Chk light came on.
I revved the car because I had an idea it was in limp mode from the way it started. Sure enough, its in limp mode. 4k redline. I got out, checked the ECU fuse and all of the other underhood fuses. Found out the backup light next to the ECU was blown.
I replaced it and my radio came on. WTF? I pulled the fuse, radio went off.
I had to go get something to eat, so I made the 5 minute round trip to the local 7-11, ate my 2 hotdogs, and attempted to pull the Cel.
I disconnected the brown plug w/ blue and black wire. I tried jumping from both the male and female side and didn't get anything but a steady cel.
Any help as to why the radio is staying on and how to read my Cel would be greatly appreciated.
BTW-Car is 95 civic w/ stock d16z6. Running crome p28.bin (been in for over a week w/ no trouble at all)

I think I figured out the ECU problem. I had tested a socketed P75 earlier today and I think I had bent one of the chip's clips when I was putting it back into the P28. I pulled it out, straightened out the clip, and the CEL was gone, along with the 4k redline.
somehow my backup fuse and heater fuse had both blown. They're both replaced, fan/ac/heat works again.
Radio I said screw it and wired the ACC wire into a switch.
Hopefully this will be the end to my problems for now.
BTW-I looked over the P28 for anything that could have been fried. Everything checked out.
