Garrett GT28R or RS?
ive been looking into getting a smaller turbo and i dont know much about this turbo and i would also like help on what turbo or size i should get.
i currently am running a drag 3 kit with a new t3/t4 turbo boost builds too slowly on it even with open DP. i dont hit 4 psi till 5000 rpm. keep in mind i have no leaks.
its a b16 block
gsr head
arp headstuds
inline pro 3 layer headgasket
jg edelbrock manifold
im guessing COMPRESSION is about 9:1 or lower maybe
277 whp @ 12psi and only 193tq onj hondata s200b
what size turbo do you recommend. or if you have any let me know how much you want for them. i want full boost by 3500 or 4000 rpm or even sooner and i dont need lots of hp. just more low end and midrange and i want it to be a streetable fun car with power right away , not right before i shift lol

well first off, i bet that inline pro hg is really really thick. dropping your compression below 9:1.
do a compression and leakdow tst on your motor. something is wrong. most people can build full boost by 4500 or so with a turbo like that. you have a leak... face it.
try pressure testing the pipes

i talked to my tuner and he said that i actually dont have the 3 mm headgasket. im using the cosmetic headgasket he said its .4mm thick. i think its my manifold and im just going to get a skunk2
