I JUST completed putting a B18B into my 98 hatch. Here is the list of what you need:
Notes: All stock rubber mounts in the car you can keep, so don't pay for any of that. Also, the top trans bracket which attaches by the shock tower you can reuse from your D-series.
1) 99-00 Si rear trans bracket
2) 99-00 Si driver side upper block bracket. It's the part that bolts under the timing cover...the black stamped part that attaches to the rubber you can keep from your D-series also.
3) 99-00 Si front lower trans bracket (possibly other B-series ones will work also.
4) P7J a/c bracket - this will allow you to mount your stock a/c compressor the the B-block without having to discharge the system or having to buy a B-series compressor.
Hope this helps and saves you money and hassle!

OK everyone I have seemed to have gathered up all the brackets i need minus the 96 del sol ac bracket, but im not worried about it too much...
Anyways, my question now is, that my 96 civic ex is an AUTOMATIC right now and i have all the parts such as the pedal assembly, master clutch cylinder, 5 speed tranny and new motor, clutch lines, and linkage.... so will my automatic civic ex front tranny rubber MOUNT (not bracket as I actually have the Integra front bracket) work and bolt up even though its not auto anymore???
Thanks
PS. will the integra front tranny bracket work on my swap by the way??
Thanks everyone for ur help
