I'm an all motor guy running a jdm sir2 b16a in an eg8, I was going that route until the lack of displacement kicked me in my *** and told me to go forced induction, I'm fairly new to turbo and understand the concepts on how it works but I wouldn't know what would fit my needs. I currently have a friend w/ a semi-built gsr kicking me in the *** by 6 car lengths untuned and paid 2600 for ctr pistons and machine work, also new gaskets and new seals which I thought wasn't worth the money. although I love the sound of vtec engaging, 200whp would be hard also would cost me plenty of dough down the line. I'm hoping to hit 12's in a 1/4 and I know my setup now would do mid to high 14's, the question I have is what size turbo and trim should I be looking at? I want to boost at 10psi on a stock bottom end w/ tuning in mind and how much would this run me, I have a budget of 2500 in my mind for November, I will have at least 5k in my pocket but half would go to bills. If you fellow H-Ter's could help me I'd gladly appreciate it. Thanks.
