Default lower or upper control arm?

When I went to NTB a month ago, I asked them to align my car... When i came to pick it up they told me that my passenger rear control arm was bent. I didn't know to ask lower or upper because I'm still a car newb. Now I'm trying to replace it myself, but I don't know if it's the lower or the upper control arm. Is one or the other more likely to bend?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks
