i have a 99 ex civic that has a gsr sittin in it. its ready to be wired up. if im using my stock wiring harness, what do i have to do besides extending wires?

 

anyone? before i run into some more problems trying to get this car running

 

What year GSR?

 

99 but was used with obd2a harness on a 96 hatch. also means that the distributor plug is diff but i already have that covered. and i also got a hold of the right ecu.

Stop bumping every 5 mins its annoying and doesnt really do anything in this forum because it wont go past page 1 on the first day.

Anyway if you have an obd2b dist. and ecu then convert the motor to obd2b by using your stock harness. And since its an EX your already set for VTEC and i think knock. So use your harness.

 

is there anything specific that i have to do wit the harness? some people said that i just need to extend some wires

 

Not that i know of. Because its an EX model car everything should be fine.

Its when you have a DX/CX/VX/HX type **** where you need to extend/add/cut wires.
