Default PW0

Ok before I start I want everyone to know that I did search for this topic and I didn't find anything.

I have a Pw0 ecu in my car. I want to get it chipped. Something along the lines of Mugen spec or something like that. I wan't something with no rev limiter or somethign along9200rpm. Can anyone on Honda-tech give me information on who chips Odb0 or pw0 or, where I can find one already chipped.

I've searched and searched and, I can only find people who do p28 and for newer models.

I'm probably posting in the wrong section so don't get mad. I've looked in the performance and didn't find anything similar.

I do have a EF though, and many have the same motor as I do. So I thought you guys would know best.

I know kenji has a website and from what I understand he does chip ECU's. Honestly man between OBD0 and OBD1 it's worth the conversion. It's that big of a difference

If you do plan on getting a chip for the PW0 do a search on google and there are several companies out there that show the differences between them. Choose what you want and call it good

search "ecu chipping" anyone that does P28's can do Pw0's the same websites that taught them how to do P28's should also have Pw0 information.

I believe http://www.jkobd.com can chip PW0's but he doesnt normally carry them. Contact him via his contact page. His user ID here is "blown90hatch"

Do not chip it with some random specs for someone elses setup.
If your engine is stock, you want a program that is comparable to stock with minor changes that increased performance on other VERY similar setups.
For a B16 there is a "all motor" program that kenji made that's pretty good for stock B16's. Which i can only guess is what you have.

Do not remove the rev limiter and do not set it outragiously high for your engine, you don't produce power at outragious RPM's and you WILL damage your engine.

The PWO and PR3 are easy enough to chip yourself. If you can de-solder the stock chip, then you can do it. That's the hardest part. I did my PR3 with a mugen chip, and it ran great. Then i bought one that was done by a company, and they ran the same, so i sold one for a bill.
