identifying headlights

identifying headlights
so i saw a 99-00 civic si tonight
guy thought the headlights were stock, but have city lights built in, no bulb shield.
i couldn't find a HONDA or STANLEY logo on the glass....
the housing is stock chrome look
i'm thinking european civic headlights...
any ideas?

ok ni pics, but anyway they are JDM type R lights or what ever. REAL JDM lights dont have the reflector cover. In other words its not DOT approved lights 
Good luck not getting a ticket with them on.

They are probably SIR lookalikes if it doesn't say stanley on them

I didn't think the EDM headlights had the bulb shields either. You are talking about the rounded M shaped peices directly in front of the H4 bulb right?
