Default cel 4 help

i got a new crx with a jacked harness. so i changed the whole harness(interior/engine bay) now im getting a code 4.
the harnesses are from a 88 crxsi engine starts but wont rev above 3000, now i know that code 4 is ckp sensor, org and wht wires so i checked the ohms as the helms said and got 380 sumin helms says 350-500. iv tried a known working dizzy and i have also tryed 3 different ecu's. does any one know what else can cause this prob?

car is a 89 dx
ive also tried to run wiring direct from the dizzy to the ecu to no aval

thanks for the help

sorry bout not answering... if you still are having problems, it could be at the ecu plugs... thats what I was trying to talk about... when I de-pinned my wires at those plugs, I messed tons of the connections up, and when i replaced them, it worked fine... I even got a new distributor before as well.
