Default b16 swap ecu problem

ok well i had a d15b2 then i did a mpfi swap and it ran fine till i blew my diff. i decided to do a b16a swap and now its in and it gets spark and everything seems fine. but theres no fuel ok so i turn on ignition and the pump isn even purging. i decided to put the d15s ecu in and now it gets fuel but i dont want to crank it with the d series ecu in. so y would the d series ecu let the fuel pump purge but the b series not and the
d series ecu pm6
b series ecu pr3

Yes, they ARE the same pins. No, they are not in a different spot.

If the PR3 isn't priming the pump, you may have a bad ecu. Do you get any check engine lights?

If its a long flash, then its code 10, which is IAT (intake air temp). Shouldn't be causing an issue with fuel pump priming.
