question about my vtec

i have a b16 and i chipped my p28 ecu and i am using that. sometimes the vtec will kick in hard then sometimes it will not kick in hard as in loud like how it supposed too then some time it wont kick in at all. whats wrong? alittle help from the experts plz?

Check your oil level, VTEC needs oil to engage correctly.

V-tech is related to oil pressure . . . i had my ecu chipped and flashed with my b16 a2 then i added a little oil and it went back to normal

Its VTEC, not v-tech. V-tech is a company that makes phones and such.

BTW, did oil fix the problem?
