Default How to put cams in 0,0 with milled head...?

Hello guys, I'm a little confused, I was reading all the milled head threads that I found in the search area.
I have a JDM DC2 ITR with 11.1:1 CR and I milled the head 0.050" and put the Spoon headgasket. All said that 0.012" milled has to advanced 1 degree So doing the math I have 0.056" (with h/gasket) milled, I have to put in the cam gears (I have Toda cam gears) intake +4.5 exhaust +4.5 to be 0,0 in the crank??? Or I'm wrong here?
