Default head milling question?

i have a gsr and i plan to build my head now and save up money to go all out on my block

my question is: if i run a spoon head gasket which raises the compression .3 and i mill the head 10 thous. which should raise comp. about .3, then my cams will actually be retarded with the gears at 0,0 right?

so how much would i have to move them to bring them to the real 0,0 ?

thanks

Don't mill the head if you don't need to.

And, the only way to accurately set the cams to 0,0 is to degree the cams.

Milling your head shouldn't change the degree of your cams.

Milling the head will set the cams off from the bottom end... for every .012" milled you generally loose 1 degree.
