Yay or Nay on this NSX
Not enough information. It's almost certainly not in snap ring range. But... have the timing belt and water pump been replaced? What about other scheduled maintenance? Have the window regulators been upgraded? What kind of condition is it in? Has it been in an accident? Good gawd, the ad doesn't even say whether it has a clean title!
I would have it checked out by a mechanic with a lot of NSX experience. I'd arrange for Bernie at Davis Acura (in Langhorne PA) to check it out. He's the best, most experienced NSX mechanic in the Northeast.

The top has been painted. All 1991s rooftops are black. They didn't start color matching the roofs until 1995.
Also, the triangle in the driver/passanger window isn't supposed to be colored red. Its supposed to be black, even on the newer models its black.

That's what nice early NSXs have been going for, for at least the past half dozen years with no decline in prices. Being able to buy a great car that isn't depreciating at all is kinda crazy - but the good kinda crazy, hard to resist because it makes so much sense.
Of course, I'm talking about nice early NSXs. Not this one, which we don't know much about. In the absence of further information: Nay.
